Anchoring hardware depends on the type of foundation you have and is not included in this shed kit. Not including the installation of the foundation, you can expect assembly of the shed itself to take 2 adults up to 6 hours.

We pride ourselves in being one of the fastest to ship in the industry. Most small items are delivered in just 1-5 days and most large item deliveries are delivered to your home in just 3-10 business days! This is very fast considering we must package and set up a freight delivery for larger items. Shipping times may vary depending on where you live in relation to the warehouse used and might be longer or shorter than our general quoted time frame. If shipping time is an important factor for you we recommend contacting us for a quoted time prior to ordering just to make sure we can take care of your needs. We want to do everything possible to meet your requirements. EZ-Fit and Handy Home sheds are usually delivered within our general estimated 3-10 days but EZ-Fit can take up to 15 days and Handy Home can take up to 21 days in some areas.

Return Policy
You can return unused, resellable items within 30 days of the order date for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Some products may incur a restocking fee. Used or tested items can only be returned if in resellable condition. The item must be in its original packaging with all documentation. Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours or before shipping for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation fees will apply.
Shipping costs (inbound and outbound) will not be refunded once the item has shipped, and return shipping fees will apply. Some products, such as EZ-Fit, incur a 20% restocking fee.
